Are you the sole Administrator?

The reason I ask, is that I was experiencing this problem recently. And the prob was fixed by replacing the design.

However, I work for a multinational company.... and one of the admins was modifying the mail template to remove attachments from forwarded mail. Just didn't tell me that.
